Waste Management

Waste Management Services include evaluating and developing procedures for handling, treating and disposing of wastes, assisting with the identification of disposal options, identifying waste minimization opportunities, and auditing off-site disposal facilities.

Federal waste regulations were written to comply with the Resource Conservation and Recover Act (RCRA), which addresses hazardous wastes in Subtitle C and solid wastes in Subtitle D.  The hazardous waste regulations establish a “cradle-to-grave” approach to waste management, governing hazardous waste from the point of generation to disposal.  Practical solutions are found for the regulatory requirements with respect to:
